HR InternWe are seeking a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee benefits, and administrative processes within a fast-paced environment.What You'll Gain:Exposure to core HR functions and benefits administrationPractical experience working with HR systems and processesOpportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionalsThis is an on-site full time internship in Allendale NJ.Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasksContribute to multiple areas of HR, including employee benefit servicesMaintain and update employee records in HR systemsSupport HR projects and reporting as neededQualifications:Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityAble to work M-F 8:30am to 5pm in Allendale Corporate OfficePreferred:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldPrior internship or administrative experienceInterest in employee benefits or HR compliance
