Operators will work 8 hour shifts to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor boilers, pumps, and associated equipment.Perform routine plant rounds and report abnormalities.Maintain compliance with environmental and safety standards.Complete shift logs and daily reports accurately.Assist with plant start-up/shutdown following SOPs.Respond to trouble calls and escalate as needed.Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.Perform other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Valid U.S. driver's license in good standing.Minimum 2 years mechanical/electrical experience.Ability to review confidential US security information.Additional Qualifications:1st or 3rd Class High-Pressure Steam Operator License preferred.Experience with high-pressure boiler operation.Familiarity with rotating shift schedules.Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).The anticipated hourly range for this role is $42.88–$44.47 per hour (presented in good faith). Actual pay will depend on factors such as internal equity, skills, experience, education, certifications, and location.
