About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Technology & Digital Product Delivery for Global Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical roadmap, development, and maintenance of digital subscription products, with a focus on creating best-in-class, next-generation learning platforms. This role involves owning the platform strategy, leading the product management function, and overseeing user experience design and research. The VP will also be tasked with delivering new business functionality, advancing data and analytics capabilities, and shaping the technical and content strategy. A key aspect of the role is to act as a champion for new and emerging technologies, particularly in the medical education sector, and to provide strategic counsel to leadership. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in technical product delivery, with a comprehensive knowledge of educational technology and the medical and/or engineering learning sectors. The role requires in-depth knowledge of key compliance standards and experience in executing and launching products with these considerations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving organizational change, the ability to identify and develop management talent, and experience in building and leading high-performing teams. AI fluency is essential, with a preference for those who have experience in building AI-enabled product experiences. The VP will also be expected to have strong financial modeling skills, experience working with C-suite stakeholders, and a proven ability to attract top technology talent.
