Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical history and performing pertinent assessments, to establish treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Clearly communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process to enhance engagement and outcomes.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively based on evaluation results, adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape and individual patient presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals as needed, documenting patient progress and any significant changes that may require alterations to the plan of care.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care to ensure continuity in patient treatment, maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and outcomes.
• Exercise efficient time management skills to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a punctual schedule for meetings and patient sessions.
• Engage in community-based marketing initiatives to promote our services and strengthen relationships within the local area.
• Facilitate the achievement of departmental objectives by contributing ideas and participating in strategic planning sessions.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and competencies while serving as a mentor to students and junior staff.
• Remain adaptable and flexible to ensure excellent customer service and patient accessibility throughout the rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a diverse range of patients requiring rehabilitation from various conditions, including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

Ideally, candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, working with a variety of patient populations.
