Work EnvironmentAs a Physical Therapist at Burger, you will work onsite in a vibrant outpatient clinic, engaging with patients across diverse backgrounds and conditions. Our facility emphasizes a therapeutic and healing atmosphere, contributing to both patient recovery and staff satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
- Implement various therapeutic interventions, including active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training.
- Provide guidance on activities of daily living, prosthetic training, and gait training techniques to enhance patient mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, ensuring understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate comprehensive care, enhancing the overall patient experience.
Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients of all ages and backgrounds, emphasizing tailored treatment strategies that address their unique needs and goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution or its foreign equivalent.
- Active California State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, exclusive of bonuses and additional incentives. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
