Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific goals and diagnoses.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Engage in thorough patient education on recovery methods and the benefits of physical therapy, ensuring understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately and timely, following compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the broader healthcare team, including physicians and other specialists, to provide integrated patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in line with clinical best practices and safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients, addressing conditions related to post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
• CPR Certification is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
