Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, predominantly children, assessing their functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and progress while regularly reviewing their effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
- Document detailed clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress through SOAP notes, care plans, and electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely submissions.
- Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, setting realistic expectations, and addressing any challenges they may encounter during treatment.
- Meet utilization goals and business objectives set forth by the organization while contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our services.
- Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary peers to ensure comprehensive care for clients who may require multiple therapeutic services.

Qualifications- A Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and unrestricted licensure to practice Physical Therapy in California, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
- A willingness to conduct evaluations and treatment sessions in both in-person settings and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to work with a broad range of patients, eager to understand their unique needs and backgrounds.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in patient needs and clinical protocols, especially in our fast-paced environment.
