Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, predominantly children, assessing their functional abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and progress while regularly reviewing their effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
• Document detailed clinical findings, treatment plans, and patient progress through SOAP notes, care plans, and electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timely submissions.
• Educate patients and their families on the recovery process, setting realistic expectations, and addressing any challenges they may encounter during treatment.
• Meet utilization goals and business objectives set forth by the organization while contributing to the overall growth and efficiency of our services.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary peers to ensure comprehensive care for clients who may require multiple therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
