Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and treating patients recovering from various conditions, including injuries, surgeries, and chronic illnesses, using evidence-based practices.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that integrate exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed, ensuring that each individual is on track to meet their rehabilitation goals.
  • Documenting all treatments and patient responses in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
  • Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding home exercise programs, self-care practices, and the effective use of assistive devices.
  • Continuing to expand your professional knowledge and skills by attending workshops and staying updated with current practices in the field of physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing a range of age groups and conditions. Your expertise will enable you to treat patients with orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, post-surgical recovery needs, and more. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Doctorate (DPT) are preferred.
  • A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including documentation software and electronic medical records.
  • A genuine commitment to enhancing patient care and outcomes through evidence-based practices.
Preferred Experience

While 2 years of relevant experience is required, we value the fresh perspectives of new graduates as well. Those candidates who have worked in outpatient rehabilitation settings or have experience with diverse patient populations will be at an advantage.
