Work Environment

This position is onsite in our dynamic rehabilitation center, where you will be working alongside a collaborative team composed of two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA). With a focus on teamwork and mutual support, our environment fosters professional growth and development while enabling you to provide the highest standard of care to your patients. The center operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose patient conditions and determine their individual treatment needs.
• Create and implement personalized care plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's specific goals.
• Work intimately with 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring that each individual receives focused and high-quality care.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to enhance patient comfort and effectiveness of treatment.
• Track patient progress and outcomes through careful analysis, adapting care plans as necessary to meet each patient's evolving needs.
• Document all patient care services accurately in accordance with medical standards and policies, utilizing EMR software such as WebPT.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Encourage patients and motivate them to actively participate in their journey to recovery.

Our facility primarily serves active individuals, including athletes of all levels, who are looking for specialized rehabilitation services to recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain conditions. Our focus on orthopedic outpatient care means you will be working with patients who require targeted rehabilitation strategies designed to restore their function and mobility. Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state Physical Therapist License, free of any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT, is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with patients and collaborate within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable, ideally with a proven track record of improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Demonstrated manual therapy skills and knowledge of innovative rehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to design individualized fitness and wellness programs that promote long-term health and stability.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
