Work Environment

The typical working hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for a diverse pediatric population, assessing both physical capabilities and therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that optimize patient recovery and facilitate progress towards clearly defined rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions, actively monitoring clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary goal adjustments.
• Accurately document patient information, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory timelines.
• Educate patients and their families about their treatment plans, recovery processes, and any challenges they may encounter along the way.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational and speech therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple therapeutic services.
• Contribute to achieving organizational objectives by meeting minimum utilization goals while exemplifying Proactive Sculpt's values and mission.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Possession of valid and unrestricted licensure granted by the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
