Key Responsibilities

• Implement hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Educate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing guidance on exercises, pain management, and lifestyle modifications.
• Document patient progress thoroughly using electronic health records (EHR) to track improvements and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy by participating in continued education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, chronic pain conditions, and neurological issues. Qualifications
