Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our comprehensive rehabilitation facility located in Edison, NJ, where team members are encouraged to share their expertise and learn from one another. You'll enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of each patient's physical capabilities and limitations, utilizing your clinical expertise to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their individual health goals.
• Deliver compassionate therapy to geriatric patients, utilizing a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to optimize their functional abilities.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and track patient progress regularly, adapting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

• Implement specialized fall prevention programs tailored to our geriatric patients, ensuring a safe living environment within the assisted living communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited college or university holding a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
