Muscle Care Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team in Clementon, New Jersey. Work EnvironmentThis position is onsite at our state-of-the-art facility, where you will work closely with a collaborative team to provide hands-on care and rehabilitation services. Our clinic environment is designed to enhance patient mobility and recovery, featuring advanced therapy equipment and private treatment rooms. As we focus on home care practices in combination with onsite treatment, you will also have the opportunity to engage with patients in their own environments. This dual approach ensures comprehensive and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to establish their goals and requirements, enabling you to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Manage a manageable patient caseload, typically treating one patient per hour, allowing for focused and in-depth care.
- Implement cost-effective therapy interventions that effectively improve patients' range of motion and mobility.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to reduce patients' reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical interventions.
- Thoroughly document all patient interactions, assessments, and outcomes to maintain a high standard of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Motivate patients through therapeutic exercises, ensuring they stay engaged and committed to improving their functional capabilities.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, whose knowledge and insights help enhance patient treatment outcomes.
- Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal progress.
- Design tailored fitness and wellness programs that focus on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications- A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- A clean professional record, free of any board or disciplinary actions against your license.
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement evidence-based exercise protocols effectively.
- Competency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly with WebPT, is essential for documentation and patient management.
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable, equipping you with skills required to navigate complex patient cases.
- Previous involvement in developing individualized care plans that cater to distinct patient needs will be advantageous.
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
