Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough evaluations of patients assigned by physicians, assessing their physical function and rehabilitation needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment programs that incorporate evidence-based methodologies aimed at optimizing patient recovery.
- Administering a diverse range of therapeutic treatments across specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine.
- Providing high-quality therapeutic interventions in both the clinic and at-home settings, following physicians' treatment plans to enhance functional improvement.
- Engaging in meaningful communication with patients and their caregivers, offering education and support throughout the treatment process.
- Attaining performance metrics and contributing to the achievement of overall clinic objectives to ensure the highest standards of care delivery.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited educational institution.
- A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
- Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster effective interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Proficient computing and word processing capabilities for documentation and patient management.
While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specialized areas such as pediatric therapy, neurological rehabilitation, or sports medicine will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous.
