Work Environment

Operating Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, we prioritize a healthy work-life balance while delivering comprehensive therapy services to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific limitations and rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver skilled, compassionate therapy services that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and a range of modalities aimed at improving patient function.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, employing evidence-based practices to adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal patient outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to each patient's care.
• Provide education to patients and their families about therapy techniques, home exercise programs, and practical strategies to prevent injuries.
• Implement and oversee fall prevention programs and safety measures tailored to our geriatric population to minimize accident risks in assisted living structures.
• Engage in professional development through ongoing education, keeping abreast of the latest in physical therapy advancements to enhance your clinical skills.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and delivering quality care that fosters trust and safety.

Compensation and Benefits
