Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's unique goals and requirements.
• Provide hands-on therapy, demonstrating excellence in orthopedic outpatient care and applying various treatment techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring adequate time and focused attention on each client to enhance their recovery experience.
• Utilize cost-effective, evidence-based treatment approaches to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Promote non-surgical treatment options to help minimize medication reliance, encouraging patients to engage in healthier lifestyles.
• Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Encourage patient engagement in their recovery process, providing motivation and support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to offer integrated care and coordinate treatment strategies.
• Document all services and patient interactions accurately using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to ensure seamless tracking of patient care.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in Virginia, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.

• A track record of developing and implementing successful exercise regimens tailored to individual patient goals.
• Experience using electronic medical record systems, particularly Web PT, for effective documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
