Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients undergoing rehabilitation after injury, surgery, or illness, fostering a personalized approach to treatment and recovery.
- Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced equipment, targeting pain reduction and mobility improvement.
- Implement diverse treatment modalities while actively monitoring patient responses and progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal care.
- Document treatments and outcomes consistently, allowing for thorough record-keeping and facilitating communication within the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures and self-care strategies, including the use of assistive devices when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, pursuing continuing education credits, and engaging with professional organizations to maintain the highest standards of practice.
Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including children and adults suffering from various conditions. This includes post-operative patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- A valid current CPR certificate is required.
