Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring optimal physical function.
  • Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure compliance with treatment protocols and quality care delivery.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing diagnostic tests to assess muscle, nerve, and joint function.
  • Provide manual therapy techniques, including exercises, traction, and massage, tailored to patient needs.
  • Make recommendations for home environment modifications to promote patient independence and facilitate rehabilitation.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations.
  • Create comprehensive clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient outcomes collaboratively.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of clinical and payroll submissions per company policy.
  • Educate patients and families about their physical therapy programs, empowering them to engage in their recovery process actively.
  • Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed, ensuring they adhere to treatment standards and state laws.
  • Explore community resources to assist clients in accessing additional support services required for their rehabilitation.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary client focus will be on individuals experiencing orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. Our diverse patient population ranges from young athletes to older adults recovering from joint replacements. This role is central to enhancing the functional capabilities of our clients, guiding them through personalized therapy programs designed to meet their unique needs and expectations.

Qualifications
  • Valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate accurate documentation and patient tracking.
  • Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time team members will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
