Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Willpower Physical Therapy, you will take on various essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations, reviewing pertinent medical histories, and performing detailed assessments to determine patient needs and appropriate treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based treatment protocols tailored to individual patient presentations, ensuring our interventions reflect the best available practices.
• Documenting patient progress diligently through clear and thorough records, which include focused initial evaluations, legible daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations.
• Engaging in interdisciplinary consultations with healthcare professionals to address clinical challenges and adapting care plans based on patient responses and progress.
• Participating actively in facility meetings to identify systemic barriers to patient access and streamline care delivery in alignment with our commitment to improving health equity.
• Facilitating discharge planning and providing ongoing follow-up care instructions, ensuring continuity in patient care.
• Maintaining compliance with corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines through diligent training and education activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Preferred Experience
