Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, which include comprehensive assessments of patient histories and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies to patients and their families, actively involving them in the goal-setting process.
  • Implement and monitor treatment protocols tailored to each patient's unique needs, adapting them as necessary based on their ongoing progress and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation reflecting the patient's care journey, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in time management and productivity expectations, ensuring timely attendance for patient appointments and meetings.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Take initiative in pursuing professional development opportunities and serve as a mentor to students and new colleagues in the field.
  • Contribute to patient engagement and satisfaction by promoting a flexible, approachable, and responsive care environment.
  • Actively participate in initiatives designed to enhance access to care and remove barriers, as well as understanding key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. The focus is on empowering individuals to regain their strength, mobility, and independence through bespoke therapeutic interventions. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

  • Proficient computer and word processing skills are necessary for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success.
  • Prior work experience is welcome, but not required; we are open to candidates eager to begin their career in physical therapy.
Preferred Experience
