Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the physical condition of patients through comprehensive assessments to identify their specific rehabilitation needs.

  • Conduct daily sessions with an average of 7 patients, ensuring each individual receives the care and attention necessary to facilitate their recovery goals.

  • Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to encourage engagement in their recovery pathway.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and case conferences to contribute insights on patient treatment plans and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications
  • A valid New York State Physical Therapist License is required.
