Work Environment

This position is onsite at our North Las Vegas facility where you will engage directly with patients in their homes, delivering hands-on therapy in a comfortable and familiar environment. Expect to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in a setting that values communication, learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with specific rehabilitation goals.
  • Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's condition and needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and prescribed home exercise programs, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and progress notes using our electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and efforts aimed at enhancing service quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities and clinical training, staying current with best practices in the field.
  • Encourage community engagement by fostering strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.
  • Support the training and mentoring of new staff and students, imparting your knowledge and skills to the next generation of physical therapists.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals recovering from surgery, injury, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Many of our patients require targeted rehabilitation to regain mobility and independence. You will have the unique opportunity to work with diverse patient demographics, adapting your approaches to address the varying needs and expectations of each individual.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited educational program.
  • A valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or general rehabilitation.
  • Proven ability to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while consistently demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Adept at maintaining a high standard of care in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 based on experience and performance.
