Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients thoroughly to understand their specific conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
• Provide direct patient care, employing hands-on therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise regimes, and comprehensive patient education.
• Effectively document patient progress and treatment outcomes using CureMD EMR software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Communicate regularly with referring providers to discuss patient progress and optimize care.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure alignment and optimal treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on adult rehabilitation for patients aged 40 to 65. This demographic typically presents with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including post-operative recovery, chronic pain, and injury rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills for effective patient interaction.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working in an outpatient therapy setting, specifically with adult rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly CureMD, is advantageous.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based treatments and staying current with best practices in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
