Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' conditions and determine their individual rehabilitative needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, muscular strength, and functional outcomes.
  • Guide patients through tailored therapeutic exercises and activities designed to restore physical function and alleviate pain.
  • Employ various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, as per established treatment protocols.
  • Educate patients and their families on body mechanics, safe exercise techniques, and home exercise regimens to ensure continuity of care.
  • Document patients' progress meticulously, tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and daily functionality.
  • Prepare treatment areas by maintaining a clean, organized space and ensuring that all necessary equipment is readily available for therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes, sharing insights and updates on clients' progress.
  • Provide compassionate emotional support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, helping foster motivation and resilience.
  • Adhere strictly to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality while respecting their rights and dignity.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a varied patient population, ranging from young athletes recovering from injuries to seniors needing assistance with mobility. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly with individuals undergoing orthopedic or neurological rehabilitation.
Compensation and Benefits
