Work EnvironmentThe work environment is primarily onsite at our outpatient office in Ashburn, Virginia. The center operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive individualized care to patients, which includes assessing their specific needs and developing actionable treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain an appropriate and manageable patient load, allowing you to dedicate the necessary time and attention to each patient for optimal recovery outcomes.
- Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and integrate various treatment modalities to address orthopedic conditions effectively.
- Deliver non-invasive treatment alternatives, reducing the dependence on surgical interventions and medications wherever possible.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans based on continuous evaluations and patient feedback, ensuring the highest level of care is maintained.
- Educate and empower patients through tailored fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care experience for all patients.
- Document each patient interaction meticulously using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, primarily Web PT, to ensure precision and compliance.
- Monitor and track patient progress consistently, providing motivational support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Actively participate in team meetings, and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutic approaches and clinic initiatives.
Your clientele will largely consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. The focus will be on enhancing mobility and functionality while minimizing discomfort. Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
- Possess an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
- A strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, with proven experience in outpatient care.
- Exceptional manual therapy skills, reflecting a creative, hands-on approach to treatment.
- Proficient in utilizing EMR software, particularly Web PT, for detailed documentation.
- Ability to demonstrate current knowledge of emerging physical therapy techniques and trends supported by recent research.
- Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
- Evidence of successful patient outcomes resulting from personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs.

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and training.
