Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients, developing individualized treatment plans based on their recovery goals.
• Utilize a combination of exercise regimens, manual therapy, and advanced therapeutic equipment to assist patients in regaining mobility and reducing pain.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately in our digital health record system, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Regularly meet with patients and their families to adjust treatment plans, educating them on therapy techniques and self-care strategies to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement dynamic rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide training for caregivers and family members, empowering them to support the patients' therapeutic journey beyond the clinic.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and conferences, to stay current with evolving physical therapy methodologies and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve range from individuals recovering from surgery to those rehabilitating from injuries related to sports or lifestyle changes. You will work with both elderly patients needing mobility assistance and active adults seeking to restore their functional capabilities. Our emphasis is on delivering holistic care that respects the patient's personal goals, preferences, and circumstances, ensuring we meet their physical and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• State licensure in Physical Therapy; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively share information with patients and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with therapy documentation software.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Current CPR certification is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. Additional benefits include:
