Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, assessing their physical capabilities and limitations to create individualized care plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring that each individual receives focused attention and appropriate therapeutic intervention.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educate patients on strategies to improve their overall health and wellness, encouraging a proactive approach to rehabilitation.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes using electronic medical records (EMR), ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions that affect movement and quality of life. Our client focus includes athletes, post-operative recovery patients, and individuals with musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping these patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapist license with an unblemished record.
• Demonstrated exceptional knowledge in various manual therapy modalities and the ability to design effective exercise programs.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for documentation and patient tracking.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous education in physical therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, specifically within sports medicine or orthopedic therapy.
• Familiarity with developing comprehensive care plans and implementing a variety of treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between $100,000 and $120,000, commensurate with experience.
