Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and modern rehabilitation equipment to alleviate patient discomfort and enhance mobility.
• Continuously track and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Engage and educate patients, their families, and caregivers on effective therapy practices and assistive devices to encourage better self-management and recovery.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing pertinent literature to maintain high levels of professional competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including children recovering from sports injuries, adults regaining strength after surgery, and elderly patients rehabilitating from falls or chronic conditions. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges and requires tailored treatment strategies, making your expertise vital in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy and CPR certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively relay complex information to patients and their families.

• A commitment to maintaining professional knowledge through ongoing education and networking within the field.

Preferred Experience
