Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, developing personalized therapeutic plans that address their specific needs and recovery goals.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centric therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, hands-on manual therapy, and other modalities to facilitate recovery.
  • Continuously monitor patients' progress, documenting advancements meticulously within electronic medical records (EMR) and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, which may include doctors, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure a multi-faceted approach to patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on effective therapeutic techniques, home exercise routines, and preventative strategies to sustain health and safety.
  • Implement fall prevention initiatives and safety protocols aimed at minimizing accidents, particularly in assisted living situations.
  • Stay abreast of cutting-edge advancements in the field of physical therapy by actively participating in continuing education and team training sessions.
  • Uphold ethical standards in practice, preserve patient confidentiality, and commit to delivering the highest quality of care to every individual.
Patient Population / Client Focus
