Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Therapeutic Services Ltd, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions to develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Administering personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing advanced manual therapy techniques and functional exercises tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  • Monitoring patient progress, documenting treatment outcomes, and making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure optimal recovery.
  • Engaging in a collaborative approach with physicians and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care, attending team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and patient outcomes.
  • Participating in our structured mentorship program alongside a fellowship-trained therapist who will provide guidance and support for your professional development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, predominantly focusing on individuals with orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation cases, and chronic pain management. You will work with patients ranging from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to elderly clients working to regain mobility and independence after surgeries. Your role will be critical in developing rehabilitation strategies that respect each patient's unique circumstances and functional goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (required), with a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
  • An active Physical Therapy license in Washington State.
  • Demonstrated ability in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and clinical documentation practices.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
