The Care Project is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation center in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial as you will not only provide treatments that focus on restoring patient mobility but also contribute to enhancing their overall quality of life. You will partner with patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs, ensuring effective recovery and optimized performance.

Located in a state-of-the-art sports medicine facility that spans 5,000 square feet, our center boasts advanced therapeutic tools and technologies. We focus on creating a supportive environment for our clients, primarily those covered by private medical insurance, while working as a close-knit collective of physical therapists and rehabilitation enthusiasts.
Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily onsite at our rehabilitation center in Fort Worth, Texas, where you will collaborate closely with two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our workweek spans Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet dynamic setting where innovation and patient care take center stage.
Key ResponsibilitiesOur center primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and age-related mobility issues. We pride ourselves on providing tailored treatments that address the unique challenges and goals of each patient, promoting recovery and ensuring sustained functionality.
QualificationsThe Care Project offers an attractive compensation package with an annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
