Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with various orthopedic conditions to develop personalized therapy plans that address their specific recovery needs.
- Employ a diverse range of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and facilitate mobility improvements.
- Assess patient progress continuously and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that therapeutic goals remain aligned with the patients' evolving needs.
- Document treatment sessions meticulously, tracking patients' responses and outcomes to inform future interventions and enhance clinical effectiveness.
- Offer guidance and training to patients and their families on exercise regimens, mobility aids, and self-care practices to foster independence in daily living.
- Stay current with developments in physical therapy by participating in educational workshops, networking events, and professional societies.
Your responsibilities will focus on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
