Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our Cherry Hill Rehabilitation Center, where collaboration is key. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify the specific needs and goals of each patient, ensuring a personalized approach to care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Design and deliver tailored fitness and wellness programs that address both rehabilitation and injury prevention.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, to alleviate pain and restore function.
  • Motivate and support patients throughout the rehabilitation process, helping them to overcome barriers to progress.
  • Regularly assess and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to meet evolving goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management strategies to promote long-term wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; a Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree is preferred.
  • Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in physical therapy, particularly within orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering patient-focused care.
  • No record of board or disciplinary actions on your license.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and ability to design comprehensive exercise programs.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of current trends in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative treatment strategies.
