Work Environment

Located in picturesque Jarbidge, Nevada, our rehabilitation facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to support our therapists in providing individualized care. As an onsite therapist, you will work in a collaborative atmosphere, alongside other healthcare professionals, achieving shared goals for patient recovery. Your work schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM, promoting a balanced approach to work and life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel between multiple outpatient clinic locations as necessary, providing seamless care to patients across different environments.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions and develop customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and recovery goals.
  • Administer hands-on, evidence-based therapy techniques focusing on orthopedic and musculoskeletal issues, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training methods.
  • Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous collaboration with physicians, specialists, and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions without the assistance of technicians or aides, ensuring utmost focus and quality of care during each appointment.
  • Participate enthusiastically in a structured mentorship program led by a fellowship-trained therapist, aimed at enhancing your clinical practice and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Floater Physical Therapist, you will interact with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Our patient clientele is as varied as their needs, requiring a therapist who can quickly adapt to changing circumstances and collaborate effectively with them through their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a valid and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong foundational knowledge and practice in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with patients and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Reliable means of transportation for travel between clinic locations.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
