Key Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and departmental meetings, continually enhancing clinical skills and adapting to evolving healthcare regulations and practices.
• Foster respectful and open communication channels with patients and family members, building trust and ensuring they feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of this role encompasses a diverse range of orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, or rehabilitating after sports-related injuries. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to handle the complexities of orthopedic cases.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia plus BLS or CPR certification.
