Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment protocols based on individual assessment findings, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, recognizing potential changes in a patient's condition and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities, including detailed encounter notes, interim progress reports, and discharge plans, aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Manage your schedule effectively to ensure timely patient care while meeting productivity expectations in line with department objectives.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to promote the rehabilitation center and its services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits
