Work Environment

This full-time position offers a collaborative onsite work environment within our state-of-the-art outpatient facility. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced lifestyle while allowing you to focus on providing exceptional therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients' physical conditions to establish individual therapy programs aimed at injury recovery and prevention.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment protocols incorporating manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modalities to alleviate pain and restore function.
  • Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and effective communication with other team members about each patient's treatment journey.
  • Educate and engage patients and their families, providing valuable insight on therapeutic exercises, home care routines, and preventative measures to support rehabilitation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and collaborate on strategies to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
