Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care with a clear focus on each patient's unique rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring that each patient receives the necessary time and attention to optimize their treatment outcomes.
• Utilize expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to guide clinical decision-making, drawing from prior experience and evidence-based practices.
• Implement cost-effective and innovative treatment strategies that enhance mobility and reduce reliance on surgical interventions.
• Create comprehensive and tailored care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescriptions.
• Design fitness and wellness programs to support patients in achieving and maintaining their health goals.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation, ensuring they remain engaged and committed to their recovery process.
• Regularly assess treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using EMR software, specifically Web PT, to maintain comprehensive patient records.
• Coordinate care seamlessly with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.

• Exceptional ability to develop and implement successful, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with orthopedic or sports medicine patients.
• Demonstrated success in enhancing patient outcomes through innovative treatment methods.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
