Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively looking for a dedicated Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation facility located in Joliet, Illinois. In this full-time, onsite role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support patients on their journey to recovery, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life. Work EnvironmentLocated in Joliet, Illinois, our rehabilitation facility operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. You will work in a supportive environment focused on achieving the best patient outcomes, surrounded by like-minded professionals who share a passion for rehabilitation and patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and recognize patients' needs, defining their treatment objectives based on comprehensive evaluations.
Manage a patient workload of two individuals per hour, ensuring high-quality interactions and personalized treatment.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
Administer effective therapies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility, while emphasizing functional independence.
Reduce reliance on medications by proposing non-surgical alternatives through physical rehabilitation techniques.
Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Implement customized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's individual goals and needs.
Encourage patients in adherence to their therapy regimens, motivating them throughout their recovery process.
Engage in cross-disciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments in our EMR system.
Our primary patient population consists of individuals with private medical insurance, primarily focusing on those needing orthopedic rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients dealing with various musculoskeletal issues, acute injuries, or chronic conditions, allowing you to apply your professional skills in multiple scenarios.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred).
Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Joliet, Illinois, with no disciplinary actions on record.
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise regimens.
Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems like WebPT for efficient patient documentation and management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred.
Demonstrable competency in developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and skill set.
