Position Overview

Right Form Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Work Environment

Situated in scenic Keansburg, our outpatient office offers a welcoming atmosphere ideal for both staff and patients. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy equipment and technologies that assist in the rehabilitation process. As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will work closely with your colleagues in a supportive environment focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care. Our regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with functional limitations or disabilities, establishing individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving maximum recovery.
  • Ensure adherence to state practice acts and relevant regulations governing the practice of physical therapy, as well as supervise ancillary staff as required.
  • Provide in-depth assessment services, including the review of patient history, execution of specialized tests, and documentation of findings and recommendations.
  • Implement tailored treatment protocols based on evaluation results, continuously adapting the approach in response to patient progress and changing healthcare environments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams when necessary, documenting changes in patient conditions that may require modifications to treatment plans or additional referrals.
  • Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring accurate and timely documentation that reflects the entirety of the patient's treatment journey.
  • Participate in ongoing training and compliance with corporate, clinical, and government regulations relevant to therapy practice.
  • Execute daily treatment schedules effectively, maintaining a high standard of patient care while enhancing departmental productivity.
  • Evaluate patients requiring medically necessary physical therapy interventions and articulately document their needs in line with treatment protocols.
  • Engage actively in team meetings, discussions, and educational in-services to enhance collaborative patient care and remove barriers to treatment access.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our focus is on personalized treatment that not only addresses immediate physical challenges but also empowers patients with the knowledge and skills necessary for long-term wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) obtained from an accredited physical therapy program.
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting where physical therapy was provided, preferably in outpatient environments.
  • A current CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and engage positively with patients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in utilizing digital tools or applications for rehabilitation purposes.
  • Background in personal training or exercise physiology is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
