Work Environment

You will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools designed to support optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patient history, performing assessments, and documenting results and recommendations in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Discuss evaluation findings and treatment plans with patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting achievable health goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on clinical assessments and patient needs, continuously adapting strategies as patient progress and healthcare practices evolve.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, recognizing and documenting changes in patient condition that necessitate modifications to the care plan or professional referrals.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring that appropriate documentation is completed promptly and effectively, facilitating a clear understanding of each patient's treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from spinal injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in improving their functional capabilities and quality of life through personalized care and evidence-based treatments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
