Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive examinations, including diagnostic and prognostic testing of muscles, nerves, and joints.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, aligning therapies with physical goals aimed at preventing disability and restoring function.
• Direct physical therapy treatments, ensuring the execution of appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of physical agents.
• Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants, providing them with the necessary supervision and support to implement treatment plans effectively.
• Administer treatments such as massage, traction, and therapeutic exercises, while instructing patients on proper techniques to maximize recovery.
• Evaluate patients' home environments and provide recommendations that enhance their independence during daily activities.
• Document all care provided comprehensively through clinical notes, progress reports, and care plans, maintaining up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members during care conferences, offering insights and collaborating on the comprehensive treatment of clients.
• Actively participate in the development and continuous improvement of program protocols and care standards.
• Report any changes in patients' conditions or responses to treatment to physicians and case managers promptly.
• Maintain timely submission of documentation and clinical records according to organizational policies.
• Instruct clients and families on the use and care of physical therapy devices and their overall therapy programs.
• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the collective goals of the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

• Current CPR certification to ensure the safety and health of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
