Key Responsibilities

• Utilize a range of orthopedic physical therapy techniques daily to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans catered to each patient's specific conditions and goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs, creating actionable care plans that facilitate recovery and rehabilitation.
• Provide hands-on treatment modalities, exercise programs, and educational resources to help patient regain mobility and strength.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all professional regulations.
• Maintain detailed patient records and document therapy progress to communicate effectively with the healthcare team and refine treatment approaches.
• Foster patient engagement through effective communication, encouraging adherence to treatment and promoting a supportive environment for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and age-related musculoskeletal conditions. You will engage with a diverse demographic, tailoring your approaches to meet the physiological and emotional needs of adolescents, adults, and older adults. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure or certification in physical therapy, compliant with New Jersey regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually.
