Work EnvironmentThe work environment at Perfect Balance Rehab Center is dynamic, collaborative, and heavily focused on patient outcomes. As an onsite facility, our team engages directly with patients, allowing for hands-on therapy in a modern clinic equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology and tools. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work schedule for our staff while fostering a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical performance to accurately diagnose movement dysfunctions, utilizing advanced assessment techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation strategies tailored to each patient's specific condition, goals, and lifestyle.
- Guide patients through therapist-led sessions, providing clear, patient-centric instructions to enhance compliance and effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor and reassess patient progress, making data-driven adjustments to therapy plans as needed to maximize rehabilitative outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
Your primary focus will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and various musculoskeletal disorders. You will work closely with patients who require meticulous rehabilitation planning to regain mobility and functionality in their daily lives.
Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Master's degree or higher preferred.
- Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Ability to demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills in developing treatment plans and objectives.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and advanced rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and patient tracking.
