Work EnvironmentThis position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to provide a welcoming and efficient environment for both our staff and patients. As a part of our outpatient clinic, you will benefit from a modern setting equipped with advanced therapy tools and resources, enabling effective treatment delivery. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical assessments for patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history.
- Implement and communicate tailored physical therapy programs that may include modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to address specific patient goals.
- Engage in one-on-one interactions with patients, providing focused care to guide them through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.
- Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and achievement of functional goals.
- Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, exercise programs, and ergonomic modifications, fostering long-term wellness behaviors and self-management strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to deliver holistic patient-centered care.
- Document all assessments, treatment plans, and patient outcomes meticulously, adhering to regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and improve patient outcomes.
The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population suffering from various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. This includes patients recovering from surgeries, those with chronic conditions, and individuals looking to enhance their physical performance. Qualifications- Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- A valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical reasoning, manual therapy techniques, and an ability to work independently while exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality care and a penchant for teamwork.
- Experience in a sports rehabilitation setting is a plus, enhancing the ability to address athletic injuries and performance concerns.

Restora Sports Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
