Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, designed to provide a welcoming and efficient environment for both our staff and patients. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments for patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and medical history.
• Implement and communicate tailored physical therapy programs that may include modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to address specific patient goals.
• Engage in one-on-one interactions with patients, providing focused care to guide them through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and achievement of functional goals.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, exercise programs, and ergonomic modifications, fostering long-term wellness behaviors and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses to deliver holistic patient-centered care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse patient population suffering from various musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

Restora Sports Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
