Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify individual goals and specific rehabilitation needs.
  • Manage a patient caseload of approximately one individual per hour, ensuring focused and quality time with each client.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating various therapeutic techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide cost-effective rehabilitation methods that focus on improving patients' range of motion and mobility, ultimately reducing the need for pharmaceutical interventions.
  • Encourage a holistic approach to recovery by motivating patients and fostering active participation in their treatment.
  • Design personalized fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient care, treatment services provided, and progress evaluations using EMR software, with a strong preference for WebPT.
  • Collaborate alongside a team of healthcare providers, including physicians and orthopedic specialists, to coordinate efforts in ensuring the best possible care for patients.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback to optimize rehabilitation results.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clinic primarily caters to patients with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Our diverse clientele includes individuals of all ages, from young athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking to maintain their mobility and independence. Qualifications
  • Current valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • Possession of a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).

  • Strong expertise in manual therapy techniques and a proven ability to develop effective exercise protocols.
  • Proficient use of EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document and manage patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 150,000 – 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
