Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients with various functional limitations and disabilities.

• Consult with referring healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and home exercise plans to enhance recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately, maintaining compliance with legal regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient care strategies.
• Supervise and mentor support staff and students to ensure high standards of practice and care.
• Involve in community outreach initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects to enhance clinic services.
• Maintain ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals, from post-operative orthopedic patients to those with chronic pain and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably working with similar patient populations.
• Experience with specialized rehabilitation techniques and programs is a plus.
