Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Physical Therapist will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' unique needs and goals.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient care and seamless transition throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Providing patient education regarding treatment protocols and empowering patients and their families to take an active role in their recovery.
• Documenting treatment results, plans, and charges accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in continuous professional development, team meetings, and community outreach initiatives to enhance service delivery and departmental growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and functional limitations due to chronic conditions. Delivering patient-centered care is essential, as you will be expected to assess patients' needs comprehensively and provide culturally competent treatment.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with team members.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, or orthopedic therapy will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
