Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Guide and oversee physical therapy assistants in the execution of care plans to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities using best-practice assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Assess and modify patients' home environments to enhance safety and functional living post-rehabilitation.
  • Administer a variety of therapeutic services, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as massage and traction, to facilitate patient recovery.
  • Engage in ongoing assessments, documentation, and reporting of patient progress, communicating findings with the healthcare team and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home modifications, and overall management of their physical therapy programs.
  • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and strategies for improving treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices to contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a clean record.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and co-workers.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
