Work EnvironmentThe position is based onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and resources needed for effective patient treatment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to create an integrated approach to patient care. The schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Guide and oversee physical therapy assistants in the execution of care plans to ensure optimal patient care.
- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional abilities using best-practice assessment tools and methodologies.
- Assess and modify patients' home environments to enhance safety and functional living post-rehabilitation.
- Administer a variety of therapeutic services, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as massage and traction, to facilitate patient recovery.
- Engage in ongoing assessments, documentation, and reporting of patient progress, communicating findings with the healthcare team and making necessary adjustments to care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home modifications, and overall management of their physical therapy programs.
- Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care, share insights, and strategies for improving treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices to contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the organization.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients of varying ages and health backgrounds, tailoring interventions to meet each individual's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals. Qualifications- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with a clean record.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care or home care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and co-workers.
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience with diverse physical therapy modalities and treatment techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management.
- Background in working collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
The competitive compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
