Work EnvironmentAs a therapist at our Keansburg rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a well-equipped facility designed to foster patient recovery and rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries to develop effective treatment plans based on their individual needs.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, stretching, and manual therapy to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and continuously, ensuring that treatment protocols are adjusted and refined as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, including setting realistic therapeutic goals and providing guidance on home exercises and adaptive strategies.
- Recommend and fit patients for assistive devices, ensuring they are equipped to manage self-care and mobility safely.
- Engage with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, contributing your insights to enhance patient outcomes and streamline care processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy practices through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred).
- State Licensure in Physical Therapy is required.

- Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records systems is advantageous.
- A flexible demeanor and ability to adapt therapy techniques based on patient progress and feedback.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in rehabilitation specifically focused on outpatient care will be beneficial.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
